Updating Group Policy

1) Start by clicking either the start button or the search button at the bottom left corner of your screen

2) Immediately start typing out "CMD" this should bring up the Command Prompt as an option.

3) Click "Run as administrator"

4) Once that's done you might be prompt with the message "This app wants to make changes to your computer" click "yes".

5) Once that's done you should have the Command Prompt window open. Click the inside of the window and type "gpupdate" all lowercase, all one word, and no quotations.

6) Hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard and another line should appear saying "Updating policy..." followed by another two lines one saying "Computer Policy update has completed successfully." and "User Policy update has completed successfully."

7) Once done you can close the command prompt.
