ITS Security Policy 000 – Security Policy Violation

1. Any and all users of Clackamas Community College owned and/or operated Technological Resources shall comply with all policies established for the acceptable use of these resources.

2. Acceptable Use policies may be published by the Clackamas Community College Board of Education, executive leadership, ITS Department, or System Owner.
3. Failure to comply with Acceptable Use policies whether intentional or unintentional shall be considered a violation.
4. Policy violations may result in revocation of access to Technological Resources, disciplinary, and/or legal action as specified in Clackamas Community College Board of Education policy IIBGA-AR.
5. The failure to enforce any policy shall not constitute a waiver for any prior, concurrent, or subsequent policy violations.
