1. Compliance with Acceptable Use Policies
All users of Clackamas Community College-owned and/or electronic information resources must adhere to all established policies governing the acceptable use of these resources.
2. Authority and Publication
Acceptable Use policies may be issued by the Clackamas Community College Board of Education, executive leadership, ITS Department, or the designated System Owner.
3. Violations
Failure to comply with Acceptable Use policies, whether intentional or unintentional, constitutes a policy violation.
4. Consequences of Policy Violations
Violations may result in the revocation of access to electronic information resources, disciplinary action, and/or legal consequences, as outlined in Clackamas Community College Board of Education policy IIBGA-AR.
5. Policy Enforcement
The failure to enforce any policy does not constitute a waiver of prior, current, or future policy violations.
