Issue Accessing TeamDynamix (TDX)

Summary

There are several possible causes for TDX access issues. All currently require a Service Desk ticket in order to resolve the issue.

Issue:

If you are having issues logging in to the TeamDynamix(TDX) ticketing system, to either submit a ticket or as a technician to work on a ticket you may have one of the following conditions:

1) Your password may no longer match between TDX and your Staff account

2) There may be a sync issue between the TDX system and your Staff account (Active Directory Entry)

3) You may not have the permissions required to access the portion of the TDX ticketing system that you were attempting to use

Resolution:

Unfortunately at this point in time there is no automated solution to correct any of these issue. Please use this link to put in a Service Desk Ticket to have a technician resolve this for you.
