Issue Accessing Email

Issue:
Outlook not working
Resolution:
Check that you have an Internet Connection
Restart Outlook
:
Right-click the
Start
button and select
Task Manager
.
Find
Microsoft Outlook
, then click
End task
.
Confirm that Outlook is closed and close Task Manager.
Reopen Outlook as usual.
Restart Computer
:
If restarting Outlook didn't fix the issue
Try Restarting your computer
Web Access:
If the above steps do not get Outlook working, open a browser and go to my.clackams.edu
From there click on Staff Email to open a tab to Outlook.
This is a temporary work around to get you access.
Please submit an IT Service Desk ticket so we can assist in getting the Desktop app working again.
