Start by going to this link to access the ticket options: IT ticketing system
- On the page you can create either an Incident Report or a Service Request.

- If you select Service Request, you will able to choose from a variety of categories to choose from. Please select the one that is the most accurate to the request you are submitting.

- Fill out all the required fields of the ticket and provide as much information as you can in the description.

- Hit Submit at the bottom and you are all done!
