What Is It?

CCC’s IT service desk team supports just about everything related to CCC’s services and systems. Services include classroom support calls, password reset, technical troubleshooting, referral to online resources, and patient assistance using hardware and applications. We also process requests for access and training, network activation, desktop support needs, and classroom and lab maintenance.
