Campus Services


Campus Services completes facility work order (FWO) requests that range from custodial issues to remodel projects. We assist with learning space design, furniture, interior and exterior renovations and enhancements, campus infrastructure maintenance and landscape maintenance.
 
It is the goal of the Campus Services Division to protect the public’s investment and support education by ensuring a clean, safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment in which to deliver the educational mission of the college.

Our intent is to schedule and complete these services in a timely manner. To successfully achieve this goal please complete the Facility Work Order Request Form in its entirety. Our routine services can include some of the following examples: room temperature (too hot/too cold), light bulbs out, custodial services, door and lock maintenance, plumbing leaks, furniture moves and replacements, etc.

In Person

Come by Lewelling for in-person assistance between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday.

Emergency Statement

Any event that endangers the life, health, or safety of a person or possible damage to the college property as an emergency condition.  Emergency conditions should be reported immediately to College Safety.  Dispatch can be reached 24-hours a day at 503-594-6650.

These conditions may include water pipe breakage, steam leak, environmental hazards, electrical short or exposed wiring, etc. 

 

Service Hours

Campus Services receives and processes work order requests Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Work Orders received after hours will be addressed the next business day.
