Retrieve deleted items from network drives

If you are trying to retrieve removed items from a network drive, we do have a "roll-back" system to allow users to retrieve items that existed in the folder at an older time. Please note that if you do revert the folder back to an older version, it will remove items that were entered after versions date. For example: if you roll-backed the folder to yesterday, everything that was added between yesterday and today will be deleted. Save these documents elsewhere temporarily if needed, then you can re-add them after you revert to the older version. The farthest you can roll-back is up to a month.

Right click the folder or drive that the removed items were in. For my example I will be using the Jabber folder. When you right click, select "Properties" at the bottom.

A little window will pop up. Click on the "Previous Versions" tab at the top. This will open a list of all the older versions of the folder that are saved. Select the folder with the date you would like to roll-back to. Keep in mind the time the versions were created. One you selected the correct date, click on "Restore" in the bottom right.

The folder will then be restored to that date and you will be able to retrieve the item(s) that were deleted.
