If you're logging into your account and being asked to provide more information, this article may help you navigate the steps required to get into your account.

1. If necessary, log in to your account at https://my.clackamas.edu
2. If necessary, click "Next" at the Microsoft "More information required" prompt.
3. At the first "Keep your account secure" page, click "I want to set up a different method".
4. Click the dropdown box, select phone, and then click Confirm.
5. On the Phone page, you can select the appropriate country, and enter your phone number. Select a verification method, and click Next.
a. You can select to receive a text message, or a phone call to verify your phone number.
6. You will receive either a text message or phone call.
a. If you opted for text, enter the code in the box and then click next.
b. If you opted for the phone call, answer the call when your phone rings, and press the # button on your phone, and then click next if neccessary.
7. You're done!
