Issue:
Smart Board not working.
Resolution:
No Touch Response or Erratic Behavior
:
First,
reset
the interactive whiteboard by disconnecting and then reconnecting the power cable. You can find the power cable connection beneath the pen tray or pen ledge.
Verify that the interactive whiteboard has a
direct USB connection
to the computer (with a USB cable no longer than 16 feet).
Check that the
indicator light
on the controller (located at the bottom-center, visible from beneath the pen tray) is solid green.
Clean the
retroreflective frames and cameras
using a lint-free cloth.
Connectivity Problems
:
If you can’t establish a connection between the computer and the interactive whiteboard:
Securely connect the
USB cable
between the computer and the interactive whiteboard controller (DSP).
Try connecting the USB cable to a different USB receptacle on the computer.
