Setup Mobility Print

Prerequisites:

  • You must be a currently enrolled student or an active employee.
  • You must have the ability to print on a college devices without issues (Just to rule out any non-mobility print issues).
  • The device(s) you want to add the printer to must be up to date to the latest operating system version.
  • The device must be connected to either CCC_STAFF or CCC_STUDENT.


Installing the mobility print client

  1. On the device you want to print from, open the following link: http://mobilityprint:9163/setup
     
  2. The page will open the instructions on how to install mobility print based on what operating system you are using. Follow the instructions provided.
    -If the page opens to the wrong operating system, you can select the proper one at the bottom of the screen.

     
  3. During the setup it may prompt for credentials to use for Papercut. These credentials should be the same credentials you use to log into MyClackamas. (Full student/staff email address and password).


Additional Notes

  • For Mac devices, If your papercut account is associated with multiple billing accounts, it may not print anything at all.
  • For Chromebooks, currently this will not work for personal Chromebooks. This can be setup on college-owned Chromebooks.
