CCC offers a variety of conference room setups featuring different peripherals, including Neat Boards, projectors, TV's, and other Smart Boards. For assistance with setup, room configuration changes, or general technology support, contact the ITS department for assistance. Please note that ITS does NOT install wall mounts for TV's or Smart Boards. Contact campus services with assistance with mount installation or removal.
Employees can request conference room support with, but not limited to the following services:
- Smart Board set-up
- Technology rearrangements
- Direct connection to Smart Boards/TV's
Report any conference room issues to the ITS department, including but not limited to the following:
- Audio/AV issues
- Microphone malfunctions
- Smart Board software errors.
