The ITS department provides comprehensive support for Microsoft Teams, including installation, updates, configuration and troubleshooting across CCC devices. Assistance is available both in person and remotely to ensure reliable and uninterrupted use of the platform. Microsoft Teams is included on all CCC issued employee laptops.
Employees may request Microsoft Teams support for assistance with, but not limited to, the following services:
- Installation and updating
- Cloud and local access
- Usage support
