The ITS department provides comprehensive support for Microsoft Teams, including installation, updates, configuration and troubleshooting across CCC devices. Assistance is available both in person and remotely to ensure reliable and uninterrupted use of the platform. Microsoft Teams is included on all CCC issued employee laptops.
For troubleshooting support and error assistance, report a Microsoft Teams issue to get help with, but not limited to, the following:
- Update failures
- Crashing or freezing
- Failure to recognize peripherals such as cameras and microphones
- File syncing issues
