Network/Internet Support

Receive ITS support for general network connectivity, including assistance with both wired and wireless access in and outside of the classroom.

Employees can get assistance with connecting to CCC networks by submitting a network support request.

CCC students can receive in-person internet support at the service desk located in Barlow Hall (please note that the support for personal, non-CCC owned devices may be limited as there is no guarantee that all issues or contributing factors can be assessed).

Report a network issue to receive troubleshooting assistance from the ITS Service Desk and Network team for support with, but not limited to, the following issues:

  • Network connectivity issues across campus
  • Degraded internet performance
  • Malfunctioning wireless access points

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):

Who can use the college internet?

Students, staff and visitors can use the CCC managed network(s). See the available internet options above.

Why can't I see the campus Wi-Fi network?

There are a number of reasons why someone can't see the campus Wi-Fi network. Some common reasons can be that the device is out of range of a wireless access point, the device's Wi-Fi adapter is disabled or malfunctioning, Airplane mode is enabled, or the campus network may be temporarily offline due to maintenance or outage. ITS recommends in-person assistance for employee or student internet support on mobile devices.

How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?

Students trying to connect to the student Wi-Fi can do so by entering your myClackamas username (i.e. student email) and password. Staff trying to connect to the staff Wi-Fi can do so by entering your staff email (@clackamas.edu) and password. Please note that you may not be able to sign into the Wi-Fi if your account requires you to change your password at next sign in. See additional information below:
