Network/Internet Support

Receive ITS support for general network connectivity, including assistance with both wired and wireless access in and outside of the classroom.

Employees can get assistance with connecting to CCC networks by submitting a network support (service) request.

CCC students can receive in-person internet support at the service desk located in Barlow Hall (please note that the support for personal, non-CCC owned devices may be limited as there is no guarantee that all issues or contributing factors can be assessed).

About Our Internet Options:

Clackamas Community College provides various internet options for employees, students, and visitors alike. Explore the available internet options below.

Guest Internet - Available to all visitors at CCC. The guest Wi-Fi, also known as captive portal Wi-Fi, directs users to a web browser page before gaining access.

Student Internet - Available to CCC students, and the recommended Wi-Fi option for students using their devices on campus. The username and password is the same one used for your myClackamas login.

Staff Internet - This Wi-Fi option is available exclusively to CCC staff and faculty members and is recommended for work-related activities. Access requires login credentials, specifically your CCC email and Microsoft password.

Lab Internet - Strictly available to CCC owned and managed student computers in lab and classroom spaces. ITS will assist in connecting such devices to this network.
