DocuWare is CCC's document management platform used to securely store, organize, and manage digital records. Departments across campus utilize digital file cabinets to support document organization, retention, and secure access to institutional records. The ITS department can assist employees with access requests, file cabinet creation, integration, and other related support and troubleshooting services.
Submit an ITS support ticket for assistance with, but not limited to:
- Access to a department's file cabinet.
- File cabinet creation
- Application integration
- Scanner connectivity and set-up.
Report any issues with your DocuWare account via an ITS issue ticket for problems including, but not limited to:
- Login or authentication issues
- Document indexing issues
- Missing or inaccessible documents
- Scanner failures
Note: Employee's looking to access department's electronic file cabinet must provide documentation of department approval or have a supervisory submit the request on their behalf.
