ITS collaborates closely with the Business Office to manage printers across Clackamas Community College with support from our contracted vendor, CTX Xerox. A variety of printer types are available across all three campuses, including desktop printers, desktop multifunction devices (MFD's), and standing MFD's (large copier machines) commonly located in staff areas and the library. To request the purchase of a new or replacement printer, please submit a Hardware Purchasing ticket.
Only printers supported under the current CTX contract qualify for Xerox technician support and free toner replacements. Printers are covered and supported by CTX Xerox technicians if they are included in the current CCC-Xerox printing contract.
Please report any printer Internet connectivity issues and other connection related malfunctions using the printer issue (incident) request.
