Colleague is Clackamas Community College's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, used to manage and maintain student and staff data while supporting critical business functions across multiple departments. The ITS team provides support for the systems operation, record locks and access.
Employees may request Colleague access and permission management support by submitting a Colleague Access Request. Employees may not request access for themselves without documentation; all requests must be submitted by the employee’s direct manager or include documented manager approval.
