This article includes example emails for a Qualtrics survey distribution along with a template that can be filled in to assist with this process. For most surveys that use an email distribution, you will send an initial email and one or two reminders. Do not send more than two reminders. Usually one reminder is sufficient although two reminders are used for high impact surveys like the bi-annual Student Engagement Survey (EYES).
Please keep in mind that sending multiple reminders can feel like spam which can lead to respondents opting out. When they opt out, no one at CCC can send surveys to that email address. Please be careful :)
