First, double check everything on the front end screen for the report to make sure there is not something restricting the report that you did not see before.
Second, check all fields with multiple lines. Sometimes a value is left in the second line and the first line is blank making it look like nothing is entered.
If neither of these are the issue and you can not think of any other reason for a blank report, you can put in a ticket for AIT or other Colleague in ITS. They have a few tools that could help trouble shoot
- use UTRR to see what the report is using in the selection of records and what is passed into the report.
- run a query the data using this information to confirm the requested data exists
- Other troubleshooting as needed.
