I would like help to determine possibilities, implement or adjust systems based on current desires, or just get a better understanding of how things are actually working in our systems.
This type of request is generally based on new thoughts and desires rather than because anything being done now is broken. That said, this may include research when you are not sure if something is broken or just how it works. This may consist of all the work related to turning on, configuring or implementing new functionality, or help figuring out what possibilities exist and making them happen.
AIT will work hard to get you a realistic assessment of capabilities and work to make them a reality.
