Technology Standards for Employee Computer Configurations
As of March 2020, the ITS Department is currently providing Staff and Faculty with a Dell Latitude 3400 series laptop, with remote access. Which includes a docking station to use in their office, on campus. They are imaged with Windows 10 Enterprise and have the following programs/hardware pre-installed.
Baseline Software:
- Windows 10
- Office 2019
- Visio 2019
- Project 2019
- Adobe Acrobat X (outdated/no longer available, departments will need to purchase individual licenses for Adobe Acrobat 2020 if needed)
- Cisco Jabber
- Paint
- Microsoft Edge (built in)

- Intel Core i7
- 8 GB of RAM
- 256 GB SSD
- Intel UHD Graphics 620
- 2 GB NVIDIA GeForce MX130 Graphics Card
- Microphone
- Camera
