Identify the Media Control Address (MAC) on an Apple Mac device:
The following instructions provide guidance on how to identify the Wi-Fi MAC address on Apple Mac devices. The provided screenshots are provided as examples and your screens may differ based upon the particular version of the Apple operating system being used.
- Click the Wi-Fi icon from the menu bar located at the top of the screen to expand the Wi-Fi menu and then select the ‘Wi-Fi Settings…’ option
- In the ‘Wi-Fi’ screen click the ‘Details…’ button

- In the ‘Details’ screen click on the ‘Hardware’ option in the left side menu

- In the ‘Hardware’ screen locate the ‘MAC address’ item and note the value listed to the right, in this example c8:89:f3:cc:cc:cc
