HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE FROM CTX

CTX provides maintenance and supplies for all printers and MFDs (multi-function devices that print/copy/scan/fax) College-wide. Most printing needs at the college fall outside of ITS, as the college has a contract with CTX for printers/printer support.

Phone Support
- Service and Supplies: Please note the “Your ID#:” (5-digit combination of both letters and numbers) on the CTX sticker. Please call Service and Supplies at (888) 249-3551
- Customer Care Center: Information about how to use a Xerox multi-function device: Please call the Customer Care Center at 1-(877)-812-2949.
Papercut Support
- Please submit a Service Desk request ticket using "Request a Service" > "Hardware Support" > "Laptop Support" in TDX regarding Papercut access/issues/assistance. ITS is currently working on creating a Papercut category within TDX.
Returning Used Toner
- Employees can request Eco Boxes to return used toner/drum cartridges to the printer vendor. Eco Boxes can collect anywhere from 5 - 30 cartridges and should come with prepaid labels. Be sure to save the box the new consumable comes in. Place your used consumable inside the box, then put that in to the Eco Box (or your own box) to return the used supply to Xerox.
