Resolution:
Troubleshooting:
1. The switcher (HDMI switch) should always be powered on, as it does not have a traditional on/off button
2. Turn on the projector by pressing the power button on the projector remote
TO USE THE PC
1. Turn on the computer system by pressing the power button
2. Ensure the monitor is on
3. To project the computer screen, press the PC input button on the switcher
4. Click on “other user”
5. Enter your CCC username and password
TO USE THE DOCUMENT CAMERA
1. Turn on the document camera by pressing the power button. Place a document under the camera
2. To project from the document camera, press the DC input button on the switcher
FINISHING UP
1. Power off computer by clicking “shut down” from start menu and turn off monitor(s)
2. Power off projector by hitting power button two times
Note: To use a laptop with this system, Plug in the laptop with either the auxiliary VGA cable or the HDMI cable that is coming out of the podium and then press input button labeled “VGA” or “HDMI” on the switcher.
