Issue Accessing Colleague

Resolution 1

If you are trying to access Colleague and get stuck at the screen shown below, this likely means that you do not have permission to Colleague. Your supervisor will need to put in a request to gain access to Colleague.

 

Resolution 2

Colleague and Self Service are both built around Google Chrome. If you have additional issues accessing Colleague, it is recommended to make sure you are using Google Chrome first.
