• Kurzweil is a software which enables a visually impaired user to gain access to both web-based, digital or scanned print materials through its OCR and text to speech features; the software provides easy access to most printed forms and presents them with the fields, labels, boxes, and text areas in the appropriate reading order to enable forms completion via the computer.

• Camtastia is a software suite for creating video tutorials and presentations directly via screencast, or via a direct recording plug-in to Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Google Talk Plugin is an instant messaging service that provides both text and voice communication. The plugin must be downloaded and installed, but otherwise seamlessly integrates into the Gmail interface.
• iTunes is an audio playback program to import songs from CDs as well as other audio files from a hard drive. The program can also download songs (for a small fee) from the iTunes Music Store.
• Jing is a screencasting computer program which takes a picture or video of the user's computer screen and uploads it to the Web, FTP, computer or clipboard.
• Kaltura is a rich media management system that enables students, faculty, and administrators to ingest, manage, edit and enrich, publish, search, distribute, and analyze  media—all in one intuitive interface.
• Microsoft Visio is software for drawing a variety of diagrams. These include flowcharts, org charts, building plans, floor plans, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, business process modeling, swimlane diagrams, 3D maps, and many more.
• QuickTime is an extensive multimedia framework capable of handing various formats of digital video, picture, sound, panoramic images, and interactivity.
• VLC Media Player is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player and framework that plays most multimedia files as well as DVDs, Audio CDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols
• Zoom provides modern enterprise video communications, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems.

• Cisco WebEx Meetings is a cloud-based web and video conferencing service that enables global and virtual teams to collaborate on mobile devices and standards-based video systems in real time. • Google Earth is a geobrowser that accesses satellite and aerial imagery, ocean bathymetry, and other geographic data over the internet to represent the Earth as a three-dimensional globe. Geobrowsers are alternatively known as virtual globes or Earth browsers.
