Issue:
Docuware workflow issue.
Resolution:
Access Workflow History
:
From the
DocuWare Web Client
, navigate to the
“Tasks”
tab and select either
“My Tasks”
or
“Monitored Tasks”
.
Locate the task that is experiencing issues.
Access the
Workflow tab
of the problematic task.
To view the history of the failed task, either:
Right-click the task and choose
“Open workflow history”
.
Click the
“History”
button.
The
Workflow History window
will open, displaying a timeline of events related to the task.
Toggle the
“Show automatic activities”
button to include automatic events in the history.
Check the
Result column
to identify where the fault occurred and gather more information about the error.
