Issue:

Docuware workflow issue.

Resolution:

  1. Access Workflow History:
    • From the DocuWare Web Client, navigate to the “Tasks” tab and select either “My Tasks” or “Monitored Tasks”.
    • Locate the task that is experiencing issues.
    • Access the Workflow tab of the problematic task.
    • To view the history of the failed task, either:
      • Right-click the task and choose “Open workflow history”.
      • Click the “History” button.
    • The Workflow History window will open, displaying a timeline of events related to the task.
    • Toggle the “Show automatic activities” button to include automatic events in the history.
    • Check the Result column to identify where the fault occurred and gather more information about the error.
