Issue:

Outlook not working

Resolution:

 

  1. Check that you have an Internet Connection

  2. Restart Outlook:

    • Right-click the Start button and select Task Manager.
    • Find Microsoft Outlook, then click End task.
    • Confirm that Outlook is closed and close Task Manager.
    • Reopen Outlook as usual.
  3. Restart Computer:
    • If restarting Outlook didn't fix the issue
    • Try Restarting your computer 
  4. Web Access:
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If the above steps do not get Outlook working, open a browser and go to my.clackams.edu
    • From there click on Staff Email to open a tab to Outlook.
      • This is a temporary work around to get you access.
      • Please submit an IT Service Desk ticket so we can assist in getting the Desktop app working again.
