Issue:
Outlook not working
Resolution:
Check that you have an Internet Connection
Restart Outlook

Right-click the
Start
button and select
Task Manager
.
Find
Microsoft Outlook
, then click
End task
.
Confirm that Outlook is closed and close Task Manager.
Reopen Outlook as usual.
Restart Computer
