Logging into Colleague with MFA

Pre-requisite: This uses the same Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method that you use for your college email account. If you have not gotten this setup, please log into your staff email address through MyClackamas and follow the prompts to getting MFA enabled on your account. You can follow this knowledge base article for assistance. If you are not getting prompted to setup MFA, please contact the ITS Service Desk via phone or ticket.

 

Procedure

 

  • If you are logging into Colleague on a college-owned computer, you will not be prompted to sign in. 
  • If you are logging into Colleague from a personal computer, you will be prompted to sign in. 
    • Please be sure to use your full college email address and the same password you use to log into MyClackamas with.

 

  • If you have multiple authentication methods setup for your account, You will be prompted to select which authentication method you would like to use.

 

  • For those that use the mobile authenticator app. It will provide you a code to enter in on your phone. 

           
 

  • After you authenticate, you should be let into Colleague. If you are still unable to get access into the website, please put in an ITS ticket
