How to Manage Legitimate Emails in Your Junk Folder in Outlook

Accessing the Junk Email Folder

  1. Open the Outlook Desktop application.

  2. In the folder pane on the left, locate and click on the Junk Email folder.

Identifying and Marking Legitimate Emails as Safe

  1. Browse through the emails in the Junk Email folder.

  2. When you find a legitimate email, right-click on it.
