ITS provides computing, communications, and technology infrastructure services and support for Clackamas Community College. We have staff on every campus and provide technology support for the entire CCC community.

ITS Exception Request

Request for temporary computer Administrative Rights.

Student Name Change Request

For Registration and Records to be able to officially submit student name change requests to ITS.

Classroom/Lab Support

Most CCC classrooms include presentation podiums with Windows PC, monitor, document camera, LCD projector, screen and inputs for HDMI, USB, VGA with 1/8″ audio.

Conference Room Support

This service is ideal for meetings as Web conferencing (room dependent) supports live audio and video and features desktop, application sharing, and chat.

Data, Reports and Database Support

Questions, problems or requests related to data transfer between vendors/partners and CCC, Data Warehouse, Reporting Services, database modifications and permissions. This does not include requests related to Colleague.  Please use "Colleague Requests"  under the category section to submit Colleague requests.

Papercut Printing Services  is a printing infrastructure management tool. Papercut monitors and allows control over printers, their output, supplies and support, document usage, and the people and processes that intersect with each of these.
